From sketch to sparkle
Step 01
The CAD model
Every piece begins as a precise 3D model. We shape the band, the gallery and each prong to a hundredth of a millimetre around your exact stone.
Step 02
Printed in resin
The model is printed layer by layer in castable resin. It's a perfect replica we check by hand, and you can see it before a gram of gold is used.
Step 03
Cast, polished, set
Cast in solid gold or platinum, polished to a mirror finish, then your certified stone is set by hand.
